Legion Project | Ronin TC
Ronin Training Center is now partnered with The Legion Project to offer free Brazilian JuiJitsu (BJJ) classes to all those that serve. The Legion Project is a group of Veterans building a stronger community through BJJ instruction.
The Legion Project consists of veterans seeking to serve the many that bear scars of military and public service to this nation through a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based community.
The Legion Project seeks to foster a sense of community for past and present military, first responders and law enforcement officers. Our main focus is the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with an all-encompassing vision to better ourselves, brothers and sisters through overall health and well-being.
In recent years there have been tremendous amounts of studies and interviews of people who suffer from anxiety, PTSD, depression and many other mental illnesses. With society being the most fast paced and over-stimulating it has ever been, looking for a regimen that works can be more than tiring.
